Warehouse and Inventory Control Coordinator

About the Role
C-COM Satellite Systems Inc. is seeking a highly organized and dependable Warehouse and Inventory Control Coordinator to join our team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting the timely movement of materials and products throughout the organization.
The successful candidate will have warehouse experience, strong administrative skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and meeting deadlines are critical.
Responsibilities
• Receive, inspect, and accurately record incoming shipments.
• Prepare outgoing orders and shipments.
• Pick material for new orders
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular inventory counts.
• Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies.
• Organize and maintain warehouse storage areas in a safe and efficient manner.
• Coordinate with purchasing and production personnel to ensure materials are available when needed.
• Process inventory transactions and maintain related documentation.
• Use Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word to manage communications, reports, and inventory records.
• Assist with the continuous improvement of warehouse and inventory control processes.
• Handle time-sensitive requests and changing priorities with professionalism and accuracy.
Qualifications
Required
• Experience working in a warehouse, inventory control, shipping, receiving, or related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Strong reading, writing, and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and dependable with a strong work ethic.
• Honest, trustworthy, and committed to maintaining accurate records.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform well under time-sensitive conditions.
Preferred
• Experience with SAP or other ERP/inventory management systems.
• Experience with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
• Forklift certification or warehouse equipment experience is considered an asset but the company will provide the training to acquire one, if needed
