OTTAWA, January 24, 2020 – C-COM Satellite Systems Inc., (TSXV: CMI; OTC: CYSNF) a leading global provider of mobile auto-deploying satellite antenna systems, today announced the payment of an eligible dividend in the amount of $0.0125 per common share payable on February 21, 2020 to all shareholders of record as of February 7, 2020. Based on the closing price of $1.85 per share on January 23, 2020, this dividend represents a yield of 2.7% on an annualized basis.
